研究概述/Research Description

蝎作为“五毒”之首,在我国和一些中东国家,几千年以来人们一直使用蝎作为传统药物使用。蝎的药用价值主要来源于其尾部毒腺分泌的毒液,其药用成分是具有多种生物活性的毒素多肽。1999年以来,团队一直从事以蝎为代表的动物毒素多肽药用基础特别是抗病毒研究,在Nature Communications(IF=16.6)、J Allergy Clin Immunol(IF=14.2)、Biomaterials(IF=14)、Theranostics(IF=12.4)、PLoS Biology(IF=9.8)等杂志以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文70篇。相关研究结果已申请国家发明专利24项,其中授权12项,且有2项获国家重大新药创制专项项目资助。
